THIS WEEKS DOINGS
I didn't have a lot to post so I think I'll combine a couple of activities into one post here.  The weather is feeling like fall with more rain, cooler temps and the leaves are starting to appear on the ground although they aren't changing colors yet.  I've been doing more mending for customers.  We've gone on a few bike rides.  On Saturday we rode to Maimarkt to see a cat show then rode to Dossenwald to ride the trails for about a 25 mile ride.  Steve had never been to a cat show so I thought it would be interesting.  This one had mainly Maine Coon and Norwegian Forrest Cats.  I really think my two cats are at least part Norwegian Forrest Cat, they have many of the same characteristics and traits.
My cats would not allow me to hold them like this in front of any judge.

This one looks like he would like to tell off these people.

This one has a very interesting face and colors.

This is new breed called Bengal, a cross between a domestic cat and a wild cat.
I have heard not all have a tame nature and do not make very nice pets.
Mending
The customer wanted these pants cut to capris pants because there where some bleach spots below the knee on the left leg.

The customer wanted dress shirts tailored to be slim.
I took in the side seams and put two darts in the back of 5 dress shirts.
This is the inside of the shirt, pinned, before I did the sewing.
This is the finished shirt on the outside showing the part I cut off and pressed.
